LAW ENFORCMENT & CORRECTIONS
increase safety and reduce liabilty
Our curriculum provides efficient and effective techniques that minimize injury, and liability while increasing personal safety.
Tactical Jeet Kune Do's concepts and philosophies include a variety of fighting styles that fill in gaps, which currently exist in some police defensive tactics programs.
Throughout the years we have had the honor and privilege to work hand-in-hand with active and retired Military Officers, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security and First Responders. Our experience has shown us that there is a need for specialized training specifically tailored for Law Enforcement and Correctional applications. Our curriculum provides efficient and effective techniques that minimize injury, and liability while increasing personal safety.
Our training is broken up into specialized training modules that utilize a stepped progression.
- Tactical Defense Methods
- Rapid Assault Tactics
- Impact and Edged Weapons
- Personal Weapons Training
- Integrated Control Tactics
- Ground Defense
- Handgun Combatives
- Combative Flow
Officers need a variety of methods for controlling uncooperative suspects, including specialized empty-hand skills to survive life-threatening encounters at close-range. The latter a consideration which has been virtually non-existent in a number of police training programs.
Stand-up (close-quarters CQC), ground combatives, weapon retention and blunt and edged weapons techniques are covered as as well as the tactical ability to flow from one fight forum to another. These are just some of the important aspects relevant to force continuum.
