Allen and Joe conducted training with the program staff that was very specific to our needs. They taught the home visitors techniques to keep themselves safe while on the job and in their personal lives. We received very informative, interactive and fun training.

In only a few hours, our investigators were able to learn how to safely approach and retreat from small spaces, defend themselves at close range, and escape attacks from behind. These techniques are invaluable and adaptable for unpredictable encounters. Thanks to you, our staff now feels confident and prepared to handle dangerous situations both on and off the job.

On behalf of myself, the Student Services Staff, as well as the incoming students, I would like to thank you for facilitating the Self Defense Sessions at Moore College on Sunday, August 23, 2015. The students who participated in the Self Defense Workshop not only gained valuable skills, but also had a great deal of fun. You organization and professionalism was outstanding and I look forward to bringing you and your team back to Moore in future years to come!

The interactive training showed the staff basic skills, both physical and psychological, to utilize if a threatening situation should occur while they are in the community. The training offered solid practical suggestions to help support these skill sand build staff confidence.

I have been an avid martial artist for nearly 20 years. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and competency of both Allen and Joe. My private lesson was informative and geared specifically to what I requested. Thank you both for the lessons and for continuing to encourage a love and respect for the martial arts in your students.

This was excellent training that I would recommend for all police officers and civilians to attend. The seminar adds to a person's knowledge and skill set to be readily able to defend themselves in close quarters combat. Your dedication for the education of personal defense is of a great value to the community we protect.

The seminar was intense and the concepts covered were easy to learn and had practical applications. Everyone who attended was impressed with the depth and breadth of your knowledge of the material and felt they had an understanding of what was covered. Your advice, techniques and demonstrations were very informative and provided our staff with the necessary tools to meet the self-protection needs of women. Our female staff feel more confidant, are more vigilant to their surroundings and have the tools needed to ward off an encounter or attack if ever in that situation. Making quick intelligent decisions and applying practical ways to defend ourselves gave us the tools to survive and go home at the end of each day.
